Cyfendry Academy is committed to protecting your privacy. We do not sell or otherwise distribute your personal information to third parties. All personal data provided is used solely for educational and administrative purposes in accordance with our privacy policy.

Tuition Payment Information

It's essential to adhere to your selected payment plan to ensure uninterrupted access to our educational services.

Key Points:

Payment Schedule: Ensure timely payment according to the schedule of your chosen plan to maintain access to all program features.
Outstanding Balances: Failure to clear outstanding balances by the class end date may result in restricted access to the program.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Full Refund: Available if an applicant is not accepted or cancels enrollment more than 72 hours before the course begins.
Partial Refund: For cancellations within 72 hours of the start date, a 60% refund is available.

Refunds are processed within 30 days of receiving a cancellation notice.

Program Details

Students should note the following:

Job Placement: There is no guarantee of job placement upon completion.
Job Search and Interview Assistance: Assistance is provided but does not include performing actual job searches or interviews.
Class Rescheduling: Classes may be rescheduled based on participation levels.
Training Discontinuation: Training may be discontinued for reasons such as unsatisfactory progress, excessive absences, or non-compliance.

Code of Conduct

Students agree to uphold academic and financial standards and exhibit professional conduct throughout their enrollment.

Testimonial and Social Media Agreement

Students consent to the use of their testimonials and achievements for promotional purposes and are encouraged to share their experiences while adhering to our confidentiality terms.

Enrollment Agreement Acceptance

This agreement, which must be read and understood, supersedes all prior communications. Changes to this agreement require written consent from both parties.

Non-Disclosure Agreement

Confidential information received during the course must not be disclosed to unauthorized parties and is to be used solely for educational purposes.

This document is governed by the laws of Texas. All communications must be in writing.

By enrolling at Cyfendry Academy, you accept these terms, committing to meet your educational and financial obligations while adhering to our ethical and privacy standards.
